pull a couple spark plugs and see if there is fuel on them. carb clean the intake to see if it will start. how much coolant is in it? checkif there is coolant in the oil (milkshake). how many miles? has it done this b4? get a voltmeter and check the battery while cranking. After doing this you should find the culprit. if not, trade it!
Ever had any issues with the accessory power(key turned backwards)? Sounds like the ignition switch or starter solenoid is losing contact.
