That looks GOOD Frenchy, I actually did an Apple Pie American Ale last night. Once I throw it into the secondary I will be throwing in about 4lbs of dried apples.

I have never done homebrew beer, but I have made some Lemoncello a few times...goes into regular lemonaid and makes the days go by pretty well.
I have been wanting to try my hand at making some shine.
