I am now a one man squad...went to the dark side of consulting DD. They are always hiring, but they don't listen to the guys that have worked for them 5+ yrs, they only hiring jackwads. If we could pick our own MWDs, that would be a different story as I have a few buddies I would like to get on and trained up and then bring them over to DD. You have to move out of that liberal shithole over there and come over here though to get a chance I bet. You would like Texas man I promise.

No pre runner for me, my rzr xp is my sand ride plus I have some other things on the "to buy" list after putting a new contract on 40 acres. You can come down here and rent my current place from me or buy it lol. Has a pretty decent shop with it and 6 acres.
