th400 swap?

Well a few questions need to be answered. Do you want to swap to a floor shifter or keep the stock column shifter? Are you wanting to keep 4x4?

i would preffer to keep both column shifter as well as 4x4, as we have ocasionally have pretty snowing winters here

That may be difficult trying to adapt the 60e transfer case to the th400

I have done this swap on my 08' but I don't know how I can get my speedo to work :/

certain Th400's came with electric vss sensors. And they make 40tooth reluctor rings for the output shafts, found mine on ebay. Mine works perfectly

Yea I think mine has all that built in already ... Just what wires go to it lol ?I no longer have a tcm of course and engine is stand alone harness
