For the intercooler plumbing I was thinking of getting one of the Universal bend kits from Ebay... Guessing your on3 gate works fine or should I splurge for the Turbosmart?

I havent had a problem with my gate. I just used 3" 16ga mild steel for the cold pipe. Got it from mandrel-bends as well. Trav, I would run dual 255 pumps if it was me and Im running LS9 gaskets and ARP studs.

The single 255 should sufficient to about 425hp. I think Travis is at low 300s right now. Depending on how much boost he throws at his "tired old 5.3" he should be okay. Maybe up to 6-8lbs. However, knowing Trav like I do he will want moooooaaaahhhhh powwaahhhh. So ya bigger pump for sure.

Anyways your build is killer and very inspiring for many of us. Nice work.

I really want to get it on a dyno and see where it's at. I would be pleasantly surprised if I was in the 300's.

I think if all goes as planned I will up to the Walbro 400 and a set of 60lb injectors, nnbs intake, aeromotive fpr, and some good rails to take care of the fuel system. When I upgrade head gaskets I will probably upgrade heads at that time also maybe some 862's milled and ported out. Then build the turbo on a 10.0:1 motor and throw 10psi at it.....at least that's the plan for now.
