Oil catch can working really well.

Put a catch can on my truck a few days ago and just emptied it. Only drove about 75 miles with a few WOT jaunts from a dig through 2nd and some highway runs from 55-90. Over the past 4 days I've accumulated about 3 oz of oil in it. I'm guessing it's because I debaffled the valve covers. So I'm wondering if I should get some baffled high rise covers or maybe some stock ones with spacers. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I originally debaffled my covers because the rockers were hitting after cam swap.
In case anyone is wondering I got the Mike Norris catch can through SDPC for just shy of $100. It seems to be a pretty solid piece with removable top and bottom along with a valve at the bottom for emptying. I did have to get some 3/8 line because only 16" was supplied. I'll get some pics up later.

well my valve covers have the stock baffling and I welded a -12 bung on the back of each cover in over 3000 miles I may have gotten a few drops of oil. Mostly just condensation

Lol, working on a vehicle without a beer is like having sex with clothes on. It just don't feel right.
