I hated the G-force, they never had any traction for my truck
    Name: Mark,
God created turbo lag so nitrous trucks could have a chance.

I have better traction with my Michelin's than I did with my gForce t/a's. And the BFG's were 285's and the Michelin's are 265's.

michelins are always overlooked and underestimated IMO. they hook better than most "sport tires" and can go 80,000 miles doing it. in the case of this thread looking for the BEST hooking tire, it will be one of the nitto being it's a 20" wheel. otherwise id recomend the MT et drag radial.

Those Pilot Sport whatever tires I bet are bad ass, No way I'm spending that much $$ on tires. Wife would never approve, and if I did I'd be sleeping in my truck for a year and be cut off probably forever.

buy one set of tires that last 60-80k miles vs 3 or 4 sets of tires that you have to replace every 20k - 30k miles. you gotta learn how to throw a sales pitch to the wife or grow a pair and tell her to mind her business. i recommend the latter.

Is that the new tread or the old?

Whats the difference? If I remember it was the "fire" tread pattern.

If you know where to look, and what to look for you can get good deals on Michelins. I paid almost the same for this set, with a 65,000 mile warranty, than I did for 2 of those BFG's.
