also before i could move the servo in and out with a pry bar and now its stiff i can pull the pin out a little bit with a pair of pliers but when i push it back in it doesnt push its self out at all has anyone experienced this when installing a servo??
Sounds like u pinched the seals and rings and its wedged. When u get it out u need to take some scotch brite or fine emery cloth and clean the bore real well then apply light tough of grease to the new rings and seals when uOriginally Posted by mattjones
Put servo back in. Also make sure the spring is in the right spot

ok the servo is back out one of the teflon seals in fact blew out so it looks like i have some down time until i can get my hands on the seal kit i need no parts store in town had them
Anytime. Plain old vasaline works good if in a pinch lol. I use kimbils spray on trans grease. It come out in a solvent liquid dries as a super slick grease. Were u live mite b able send u some like red said
