    Are you asking what short block will work with those heads/intake or what crank/rods/pistons will fit that block? Personally I would pull the motor, have the block checked and rebuild with forged pistons/rods and call it a day.

    Thanks! yeah thats what i was thinkin! just for fun though what short blocks would work for this rig!

    As long as you have a complete LS2 to swap all the GEN IV parts to a GEN III engine you can use any 4.8,5.3,6.0 short block. I would suggest rebuilding the LS2 honestly...

    7.0 does not have the same bottom end as other LS series.
