6.0L/4L80e turbo in my 91 rcsb

Hey guys, First off just want to thank everyone and this site for helping me out on my previous 5.3L swap in the 93 I had! Was a very fun build and loved the performance of the 5.3 in it. I have since sold it and now focusing on my 91 Silverado. It currently has a 95 LT1/4L60e in it that I swapped few years ago. Im wanting to update it to some LS power now so I picked up a '03 6.0L and am looking to boost it. Im new to the forced induction but am gathering info here and there about it. Here's what I have in mind right now. Please feel free to critique it and any help in appreciated!

I already have a LS6 cam and springs laying around I was gonna throw in it.
    list of things to purchase:
76mm ball bearing turbo, wastegate, blowoff, Gonna try and use stock LS flipped manifolds if I can, oil feed from port above filter, drain back to pan with tapped fitting, 42# injectors? I have the Holley High Ram intake kit ordered as well. Main concern is fuel system. Is a single line feed enough and how about a 255 in tank pump or need dual? Is an adjustable regulator needed or can I use the Corvette filter/regulator as in my previous 5.3L swap?

Here's a pic of the truck and its current state.

Thinkin of putting a fleetside on it later..

91 Silverado Stepside, LT1, 4L60e, Hotcam, RRs, Headers, 52mm TB, built trans, 20" Coys, 5-7, etc...

06 Silverado Crew Cab Z71, LTs, full SLP exhaust, tune, CIA, 6" lift, 35"s, DVD, etc...

How much boost are you looking to run and what is your end goal? That will help determine your fuel needs.

In order to better support your future needs I would go with at least 60lbers and a 340lp fuel pump.

Thanks. Im gonna assume a goal of around 500-550hp. I want it to be a good weekend driver with occasional track trips. I would say between 8-10lbs of boost would be safe but are these #'s attainable with this setup?

Would say 500 in a 6.0 on 10lbs is very possible. Be careful tho boost is addictive most guys start with one number and usually end up doubling it. These motors are incredible. With only a couple small mods an average ls motor can handle 20+ lbs of boost. Gap the piston rings add some rod bolts and stud the heads and you can pretty much throw anything at these motors.

Awesome. Well with that being said and 500-550 goal, the 340 in tank pump should be fine with single feed to the rails. But is an adjustable regulator necessary or can I still use the Corvette style filter/regulator?

After all the horror stories lately, I wouldn't use a 255 or a 340. So many people on here have had failures in higher HP applications with both pumps.
