thottle sticking open

Anyone have trouble with the throttle sticking? Its not the cable, ill stop and open the hood and theres slack on my obs just finished the swap

Can you get it to stick while the engine is off and manually opening up the throttle body?? I have seen them after sitting with nothing to cover up the TB opening corrode up and cause sticking problems, look inside the TB opening and make sure there is not any corrision or build up of any kind causeing the butterfly to stick

Ill give that a shot but thats the weird thing. It only happens when i drive. I cant get it to happen when the trucks off

Try another throttle body if you can get one

doesnt sound like the throttlebody, with engine turned off have someone watch the blade opening why you work the gas peddle, the TB will operate no different if the engine was running as it would be turned off..

when you say its sticking, explain how its sticking, what i mean is when you go wideopen throttle does it stick? but then you hit the brake it unsticks?

when you snap the gas on a quick hit does it stick? once again when you tap the gas it unsticks?
