IMO the hankook 265/50/20. i paid 140 for my Goodyear Fortera's, its 30.5 tall instead of 31.3. i love the way they ride. they do not feel as heavy as 275/55s did on my truck.

At that size they are 44$ more expensive. So my question is.... Are the hankooks 176$ better than the nittos?
If I go hankooks it will probably be the 275/55 unless someone shows me a better deal somewhere and if I go nitto it will be the 265/50 and the price is the best in the group by a long shot. Both are vrated and similar all the way around. Anyone have experience with one and think its better for a particular reason? Better yet anyone know where I can get a better price than discount(seems they are impossible to beat these days)

i used to run the Nitto 404s for the rear, i currently have them on the front. The 404 wore pretty well for being abused as much as they were, my fronts after 20k miles still look decent in the middle. I chose hankooks cause of the price and the size available. now that i have them on the truck and some miles with them. Im very suprised on how well they hook up the power i make, they are a very solid and stable tire at speeds and wear so far looks great. with that being said ill replace the nittos with hankooks when the fronts get bad
