I think it'll come down to preference. I turbo running about 5psi, will be very similar to the head and cam combo. In the end, the turbo will make more than the other engine, NA, but it'll be a lot of stress on the engine. Not enough to break it right away, but it'll shorten the life. The NA engine should run a bit longer, but it depends how you drive the two also, just too many factors.
The turbo should have better drivability, nice torque, but there's really nothing like a h/c cam big cube engine.
Either way will make some nice power!
