My name is Chuck and ive been in F body world for a while and am new to modding the obs trucks. Ive owned a few a 89 silverado 4x4 and a 95 gmc 4x4 3500. I recently had the chance to buy my 95 gmc back after my kid brother destroyed it. Its was a great truck to me and i couldnt stand to see it go to the wrecking yard. He some how destroyed the 4l80e and hacked up the wiring harness trying to"fix it". It was also involved in lots of little accidents in its 2 years of torture since it left my care. So my plan is to restore it to its once glory. I came across a 99 silverado 2500 4x4 with low miles and a reman jasper transfer case and trans that was a rollover. I got her for 500 bucks plus a $50 delivery fee. I will sell the good 454 and hopefully recover the cost of the donor truck. I want to put the entire drive line into the 95 im going to use the motor trans transfer case and rear axle since it has disc breaks and locker. I wanted to use the 99 cluster and bcm but the damage was too bad so ill be stuck with tha 95 cluster. This is a great site and very helpfull. Here is a pic before i sold it.
