so ive been doing some research on cams for my 6.0l but it got me thinking what is the biggest cam you can run in these motors with out having to fly cut the pistons or running into problems?

How big are you wanting to run? I highly doubt in that lifted truck you'll want to run one big enough to come close to hitting. Plenty of guys are in the upper 230s and over 600 lift

for some reason i had my mind set on the tsp tsunami cam. since being carbed it didnt matter how wild it really was. the specs are 235/240 .648"/.609. i am not 100% now that i want to lift it anymore oppose to having a quick little 4x4 street truck. right now i have a local guy building me a 3400-3600 stall.

Gears and tire height as well as vehicle weight also play a big factor, but I think something along the lines of 226/230 or around there would work well with that stall and motor.
