    so what you guys are saying that 4.10's show a considerable amount of ET drop? I have 3.42's running 13.40 at 101 on a 2 second sixty foot with stickies.. whats the usual gain with 4.10's? Would i lose trap speed?
    97 xcab c1500 lm7 5.3 swap 343RWHP 329RWTQ 13.40 @ 101.97 2.03 60ft. MODS: Longtubes, 3200 stall, TR220 112lsa, .030 799 heads, NNBS intake, PTM 92mm TB. 4" PVC "hot" air intake 3" single exhaust w/cutout 3.42:1 gears, 29" tall tires. Dyno tuned by flaco

    That depends on the truck, but generally going from 3.42s to 4.10s will net awesome gains especially in the seat of the pants range.

    To the OP you need to drop some weight, add More stall, stickier tires, and some 4.30s.

    Not really I got locker. Just real turdy feeling from dig. I just feel something ain't right, sometimes surges on idle, after engine is warm you have to gas it before it starts, and horrible gas milage like 8mpg less than ibuse to get on highway

    Yea his doesn't run like it should. My 4.8 tuned only. Stock intake exhaust everything ran door to door with it.
    Slowest in Oklahoma...
