Only problem with doing a cam on stock manifolds and intake is that you're not going to see much of a gain because they are holding it back so much. Personally I would do the bolt ons first then add the cam later.

I would highly agree here. You need the supporting mods before you put the cam in, or the whole system will be holding you back. It would be smart to get the cam done before it goes into the truck, but if it's a choice between one or the other, do the supporting mods first. Nothing sux worse than getting a cam into your truck and it not giving you what you think it should be giving you. Put the supporting mods on and then save your money for the H/C swap. JMHO, though.
