    txoldskool? if so that's who i am trying to get the MSD and cleaner from. he left town so i guess he will contact me when he gets back in town. communicating through pm is a PITA sometimes lol. i'm in no hurry anyways and the market for the msd 6012 ignitions is just about non existant so im not worried about someone slipping in before i can buy

    picked up a MSD 6012 ignition controller with map sensor and an air cleaner today. $280 shipped.





    not my motor, but the air cleaner.





    i traded my ruger LCP for a set of new hedman ls1 swap fox body midlength headers that my dad had laying around. i doubt they will fit the s10 but i'm sure i can sell them for a good profit and put that money towards my headers. i only had $300 into my 380 lcp so i was totally willing to trade my $300 gun for $600 headers the cam, carb and intake should be rolling in today

    little update. i picked up a FLT LVL 7 60e. it needs clutches, but all of the good parts are inside. ran into something new when installing the cam. ripped the timing chan cover off and there was only 1 large bolt holding the cam gear. WTF??? aparently this is something they did on 07+ cts-v and vettes. gotta get a 3 bolt cam gear and a different tensioner now.
    got a little work done. cam in in, and i got all of the covers painted.

    06 C6 cam sprocket is the only 4x sensor 3bolt sprocket that i know of. I reused my stock tensioner on my 07 4.8.


    4.8, TSP 220, 6L90 swap, 3400 Stall, 4.10s w/30" drag radial and T76 @ 16lbs.

    the previous owner pulled the motor from a 07 ctsv and kept the crank sensor. anyone know what reluctor came in the 07 ctsv?

    just flipped the motor over. it's a 58x reluctor.

    anyone know exactly what i need to do to convert this thing to a 3 bolt cam sprocket?
