I actually did a how to for this, but it's on a different forum....

So I just went outside to clean the truck up and noticed a wierd brake pattern on the rotor, upon closer examimation theyre not the right size, called up summit and yes im right the ones I got are for a different packaged truck.....the ones I need of course are 150$ more, but summit said if I pay the 150$ difference I can keep these and theyll send me the right ones and cover shipping, so in a few days ill be doing it again

I believe GM had a bullettin on the front brakes on the 07+ trucks. They replqced my first set at less than 30000. About to hit 70000 and they r ready for some new ones.

My dads 03 has disk brakes on the rear. I think 04 was the last year they had em.

I had 165k+ on my factory pads/rotors. Had the rotors turned and put new pads in and it was good to go.

I've been wanting to do the 05 brakes up front, but just haven't gotten the extra cash, time, or motivation to do it.
