Is that what your tach was doing too? Seemed way too low? It sounds like I can rev the piss out of mine and I can only hit around 2500 lol.

so after talking with Redheartbeat he help me diagnose my trans issue. the 2-3 solenoid was either blown or not getting any power. so i dropped the pan today and bench tested the solenoid. it was good. checked the wiring and there was a break somewhere. after going through the entire harness i find this!

kinda hard to see the the blk/yel wire is disconected. i hooked it back up and voila! we have power! so i figure now i dropped the pan ill change the filter and fluid. also clean up the pan.

After reading that really all you need is a flex plate im searching for another LQ9 right now. I got my 95 2 door tahoe a couple of months ago and got it to pull my LQ9 swapped G35 sedan.
Its way under powered for towing and i already have 90% of the parts fittings and wiring harnesses. i work for a company that is a fluid transfer specialist and a custom wiring specialist. We do custom wiring harnesses for exactly this type of swap.

Heres the car and hoe i was talking about.

Not trying to advertise or get banned on my first post but here are the high quality engine harnesses that we make.
