You'll be replacing everything that mileage is going to have an effect on anyway. LQ9 with 243 heads and a nice cam... then 4l80e and a nice 3600+ stall and you'll be good.

That'd be the ideal setup right there... and i'm with you on the replacing everything that matters. I just got out of my landrover with 130k on the clock, replacements on that were quite pricey, i'm glad to be back to chevy's where everything is "cheap" and doesnt break for no good reason.
