You can always try it with the 3500, but it really NEEDS a 4000. Once you're up and going the stall won't matter, but getting it going is going to be a chore without a big stall.

Ok, ok keep the cam, get a 4k stall ditch the 3500 and run 4.10s not a problem, I was planning on running dual borla xr1s from the header dumped before the rear axle, with this setup is it going to be to loud to stand to be in for long trips? I can get an endless supply of ear plugs, but what do you guys think??
I just swapped from the loudest exhaust I've ever had (except for open headers) to the quietest I could find because my truck is daily driven. If you're dumping it its going to resonate more. But loud is subjective. I loved mine until I cruised 8 hours home from SAR with a blown headgasket at 3000RPM the whole way.
