cam advice 6.0l in xcab obs

Well I figured I would run the l60 till she is destroyed then swap in a l80. From what I've seen of the ms4 its pretty nasty, I am an expert by no means and want to do this build right the first time and hear conflicting opinions about my cam/stall in a heavier truck so I figured I would get some feedback from everyone here.

The MS4 is one of the most proven cams out with the 6l. It just needs a lot of gear and a lot of stall. That's my opinion, that's how I'd do it. It's definitely up to you.

I have no problems keeping the cam and just running a 4k stall I was just concerned about long trip drivebility with this combo, and was debating if I wanted to go with 4.10s for more low end or 3.73s for a little more all around drivebility, I am currently running 22x10 wheels but may soon be running 24x10 billets. So wheel size plays into gear selection aswell.

3.73s won't be enough for an MS4

Ms4 cams are solid however I would never DD a vehicle with that big of a cam, stall, and gears... I'm gunna go against the grain and say look elsewhere for a smaller cam and 373s.

Keep the cam. That's a very proven cam. Once on the highway a 4k stall or stock will drive the same. The beauty of lockup. If you have plans for an 80e later do the 4.10s atleast. Just because you wouldn't dd the setup doesn't mean that it isn't done daily many. And if he's taking it to all these shows I doubt it's a dd. A big cam and stall have great manors if you get a good tune.

Yeah apparently I misread the op. If its mostly a garage queen, go big or go home lol
