Thats awesome! Congrats. Hey by the way what did you do about the LS2 knock sensors or is that only a problem when you take an LS1 and buy an LS2 block and bolt everything on?

The knock sensor is an easy fix. Use LS1 knock sensors, and either use them in an unused engine mount hole, or you can drill and tap the original knock sensor locations on the sides of the block just above the oil pan. Then either buy an exntension harness or extend the wires yourself. I believe the tap size was a M10x1.5...its the same size as the engine mount holes and the holes in the front/rear of the heads.

The knock sensors will work fine where ever you can put them in the block.
