    what is the difference in a 243 vs 317 head??? im looking to upgrade mine jw what are better for a 6.0??

    Higher compression. Good for a few extra hp or great starting point for a high hp build. I had these on my 6.0 made a big diff in performance and my truck sounded better. Im going supercharged so these are no good for me anymore.
