    That small tube below the cap is the overflow. Do NOT hook it up to that. You need to recirculate it back into the system somewhere. Thermostat housing works like a champ!!

    what about the overflow tube? can it be plumbed in there somehow?

    LOL ok ok...i was avoiding having to do it. so i have to drill a hole into the thermostat housing and tap some kind or barbed fitting into it. do i have to go through the tb or can i bypass it and go straight into the cylinder head?

    i bypassed mine...

    from what i understand the original use for it was to run warm coolant through the tb so it doest stick when it gets really cold outside. i live 5 mins from vegas so i dont think that will be an issue.
    did you cap it off or anything or just leave it hot it is?
