Im pretty sure it goes to the water cross over tubes. On the NBS trucks it goes to the radiator so by butting the hose there it draws water out and helps cool the heads.

that and actually helps remove air pockets that could be trapped in the back upper part of the heads. i just ran a F body crossover in front and back and connected them with a Tee and hooked to radiator

ok so im installing it into my obs tahoe. should i hook a hose to the small tube right below the radiator cap and run it to the right side on the tb? then the rleft side the the head?

its used to vent stem fromt the heads... if you block it off it WILL over heat... just tap into to water pump and run a hose from the vent tube under the throttle body on the driver side...problem solved.. i had to learn about this the hard way.. also dont forget to burp the motorwhen filling with coolant..
