Took it apart and found one of the gears on the cross shaft only had half of its teeth. The rest were in the bottom of the diff. It tore the cross pin up pretty bad took me and ImportThis(Justin) taking turns beating it with a hammer to get it out. Gears looked fine just need a new locker and bearings. Will post pics later.
