Do all the truck engines, or those with truck intake manifolds, have a vacuum regulated fuel pressure regulator? Our LS1 engines don&#39;t have the vacuum type fuel pressure regulators.

I can&#39;t speak for "all" but I have a 2002 5.3 in a Tahoe and a 2003 5.3 from a Silverado and both have a vacuum regulator on the fuel rail.
