straight up i have bought at lease for sets of gears from ron, 3:73, 4:10, 4:56, 4:88, never had such a issue, the last 2 sets i setup myelf, the kicker, ron told me about USA gears, cheapest you can buy, i asked ron what his thoughts on them were, he told me same gears as others youre just paying for the big names, ok no big deal, changed gears that friday morning, blistered the track that saturday night, gears are still in the truck as of today with no issues showing at all

moral of the story, just cause there cheap gears doesnt neccessarly mean there gonna go bad quick or theres gonna be something wrong with them.

sounds like a installer issue if you ask me, id pull the gears and look at the wear pattern i bet its off.. then again parts will fail but its usually at the mercy of an install.

I think it was his install too, but I just wanted you all to give your opinion so I'd have something to help back me up when I go knocking on his door asking for my $300 back...
