    Posi Unit up grade

    Hey,
I am considering upgrading my Posi unit in my 2004 Silverado 2500HD? I am only spinning one tire and i believe that to be by design. I have some work done as specified in my signature. What do you guys suggest if anything?
    Thanks
    Dan
Stock 6.0, 2500HD extended 4X4, intercooled Procharger, with 11psi, 42# Racetronix injectors, SW, Mainline Dyno'd 403.5 SAE RWHP 5200 !! Not too bad for the tow vehicle getting to the track on time. Thanks to Chris @ Big Power Racing in Bayshore L.I., and also a big Thanks to Lonnie @ Lonnie's Performance in PA for the new fuel system

Detroit truetrac or locker. Locker is stronger, but truetrac is smoother operating.

The best advice I have ever heard:... Only take B( . Y . )ST advice from someone that is CURRENTLY running a turbo setup close to, or bigger than what you want......

Would a trutrac make a difference? Where is a good place to buy one? Would I need to set the backlash again or just put the gear on new unit?
Thank you for all the help

Truetrac will work great. Ron's machine is about the best. Just set up gears with new 3rd member. Easy enough.
