    Rear gear ratio suggestion?

    2011 ECSB, 4.8, A4, 285/70-17.

    50/50 highway/city

    2wd or 4x4? That's going to decide it. Because if its 4x4, you can't run 4.30s or 4.88s. At least I know you can't run 4.30s.... they aren't offered for the front dif.

    Even with 33s?! Hell, I had 4.10s with a 30" tire in my last 4.8!

    Why 33s in a 2wd? I ran 3.73s with a 31.5" tire on RCSB and I felt like it only needed a little more gear.

    Because I leveled the front. I'm running 285/70-17 Hankook MTs.

    4.88's, that would make it geared the same as my brother's 4.8 ECSB, which has 4.56's with 31" tires. That thing is geared perfectly for a 4.8, imo.
