one more question if thats ok,the drive by wire throttle body....is there a way to get that to work, because throttle respons is great with thows right? or is it not worth it?

You could keep it but you'll need some more parts and work. An electric throttle pedal, the connectors to splice into your harness, and a TAC module (the black box that connects between the pedal and the t-body). Since you need to get your PCM flashed for the 6.0 anyway, you'll should ask your tuner whether the 2000 PCM can support drive by wire. Or someone knowledgeable here will chime in I'm sure...

IMHO, swap your cable operated throttle body from your 5.3 to the 6.0 and don't worry about any of this stuff....
