actually you may have a slight issue with how it meets up to the dash bezel on top of the front section of the console.... or are you looking to just use the rear main section only? Other than that it should go right in, and of course color probably won't match.
Oh also, the 99-02 lid is much lower than the newer style one piece console, so if your seats don't have armrests (assuming they don't if you're removing jumpseat) then don't expect to put your arm too comfortably on the console lid.
