Exclamation drive by wire to drive by cable questions

I think I found the engine I am going to buy for my swap. It however is a drive by wire engine and harness. I would be swapping for a drive by cable setup. My question is will the wiring harness from the drive by wire setup still work fine for the swap once I convert it to drive by cable? I also havent been able to figure out if there is any limitations for what year throttle bodies are compatible to corresponding engine years. Will any 4.8-6.0 throttle body bolt to any 4.8-6.0 motor of any year? Will I need to change the wiring harness any other than eliminating the drive by wire connectors and wiring?

Yes, your harness needs provisions for a TPS, and an IAC valve I believe you need a different pcm actually to get those. Ask Nelsons!
