I have been trolling the web for weeks now and decided this is the place I need to be. I am currently trying to put a 04 5.3 into a 92 silverado with t5 tranny. I really want to use this t5 for this part of the conversion because my funds are in short supply. Any info you can pass on this swap? Anyways glad to be here.

Thanks for the welcome, I read a thread by 91Blkstpsd it was real informative for my conversion, especially the t5 info. Since thats what I will be using. I have some land in Carson about 45 min from Brookhaven too. I bought some emblems from RPM Graphics for my Iroc a few weeks back was that you?
