    6.0 2wd flywheel question

Will I need to do anything with the flywheel out of a 6.0 that was a 2wd if I am planning on putting it with a 4l80e thats for 4wd?

Is there a difference between the 2wd and 4wd flywheels is basically what Im asking lol

The flexplate for a 2wd and 4wd are the same as long as they are both 80e transmissions.

Thanks for the quick response! What about using the computer from the 2wd truck. Can I use that with my 4x4 4l80e? Or do I need a comp out of a 4wd truck

what year ecm is it and what year harness are you using?
IF they are similar, then YES, you can use it. 4wd doesn't make any difference.

They are all out of a 2005 2wd- The harness, ecm, and motor, its all from the same truck but i plan on puttin it in my truck with 4wd. Im going to attempt to splice the 2 together, and when that fails im callin nelson to order their harness LOL
