The stock selector valve is not strong enough for that fuel pressure, but the aftermarket version is (up to 70 psi or something). Also, with two pumps, if one happens to fail, you do have another. Also, intake pumps are somewhat quieter.
Which aftermarket selector vavle are you useing?
