I was thinking its the GSS340 most are using. I used the pump from an '87 Buick Grand National on my OBS truck the first times.

Just waiting to get the new parts and Ill swap in the tank, then Ill be able to move onto the motor and tranny. While im posting, what do you guys suggest for a cam. Id like it choppy, but i plan on sticking with stock heads for now.

It's what I will be running. It depends on what you will be doing with the truck. I don't consider it small for a lifted full-size truck. I've seen a lot of guys using them and they make good power, but will still have good manners for a truck. And you won't have to have a 3500 converter to get into power

Been trying to install the new fuel pump...that little 3 inch hose that i replaced is being a pain in my pee hole. The new hose i got fits fine over the actual fuel pump, but where it connects to the tank line, its tight as heck. I have tried grease and pb blaster and nothing has helped it slide all the way up. i can only get it on a quarter of the way. any suggestions?

Powder Coated Dirty Dingo motor mounts have been ordered! Still trying to decide whether or not I want to tackle mating 2 harnesses together or just getting one from nelson...

You dont have to really mate the two harnesses. Strip the original harness down to the bare bones needed plugs like oil pressure sending unit, starter wire, fuel pump, positive leads, grounds etc. Remove the remaining unneeded wires from the original fuel injection system, maf, etc etc. Swap over the sending units from the original motor to the 6.0 and then you can just plug in the trucks original harness connectors to the sending units and have all your gauges and stuff working. add some positive power to the 6.0 along with grounds and you should be off and running. I havent tried tackling anything 4x4 yet so Im not sure what you will need there but I would assume you would need to salvage the original wiring from the original harness.
