Thanks guys! It was on 10lbs. I'm having trouble with my 60's that 1.63 is the best I've ever been able to get out of that truck. It's not transferring weight like it should.

Wow sounds like the truck really rips! I think its kinda funny to see how fast you are when you are unhappy with a 1.63 60'. Lots of people happy with those numbers although yours should do better I am sure. Congrats on the new PB!

great job!!! try a different set of tires, maybe?

something that was suggest from the chassis guy I use, stiffen the rear shocks up. you want that force to transfer thru the shocks and apply the tires to the pavement, not necessarily squat.
i know my setup is completely different, just suggesting.

keep us updated and let us know when you hit 10's!

We got one more weekend. I may try a 90/10 front shock and borrow my buddy's full 28/10.50 slick. The rear doesnt squat, the front just doesn't come up much. I have a shorter than stock shock which limits downward suspension travel. Could this be my issue or is my thinking wrong?

You have a shorter shock in front?.. you need to work on the front travel help it move... also a true slick would prob take care of all your problems sir... Doesnt take alot of fancy stuff just the right combo... what was your 1/8 mph and et... I think u need a little more power... your about on target for your setup... .60 foot and mph vs et.... You just need more... My lucky guess would be a 7.25-30 @ 97ish

ive found some cheap ole stock shocks does wonders up front found 90/10s useless and to wear out quickly. a full slick is gonna be your friend, borrow them, you wont wanna give them back

hafta agree with Allen, stiffer rear softer front!!

what size tires/rims you running on the front? put some stockers on it if youre not already running on them

Yup front shocks were shot when I got the truck, and the ones I ordered from summit ended up being 2-4" shorter than stock. My 1/8 was 7.05 @99 More seemed to be an issue... We cranked it up to 12# but it was just wheel spin.
Skeet.. any old stock replacements work? Which ones are you running? Ive got Bogarts for wheels with a 295/65/15 mickey dr. Its a big ol tire!
