Wiring ac/ tranfer case. 95 k1500 5.3

ok, I have a 1995 k1500. doing a 5.3 swap in a month or so. if i throw out my old ecm out, Can i connect my tranfer case to the new 01 silverado pcm along with the ac wire from the hi side swich, and compressor wire into the new pcm. If the new pcm is programed right will the ac still work like the old along with the tranfer case as far as the 4hi for the the trans stuff. I have done the research,so i know know what wires are suppost to go. Just need to know if it will still work

Anybody, So i take it people that have swapin in a an lsx into an an obs has not ever wired their a/c of tranfer case.
