Yes 853 and 706 are mostly the same head and they come on 4.8/5.3 motors. As far as injectors need more info on the build because it could be anywhere between 42lbs and way bigger.

Very wrong.
862 and 706 heads are very similar. Only difference being stand cast for the 862's and semipermanent molds for the 706's. Sand cast has a slightly more rough surface than the spm cast which results in a minuscule drop in flow rate.
The 853 heads are the same heads as 241 which came off the corvette. They have larger valves and a larger CC and flow fairly poorly.
