And this engine (2002 5.3) will be taking it's place

A few parts I have in my room

Oil pressure sensor and coolant temperature sensor adapters

CrateEngineDepot LS Series Flexplate Kit 12621399
5.3 accessories
Street & Performance oil pressure sensor adapter
Street & Performance coolant temperature sensor adapter
Magnaflow 3" DI 3" SO Y pipe 10798

The things I still need include:
-PCM from Nelson Performance
-E Fan harness from Nelson Performance
-Get my headers ceramic coated
- Air intake
-Just small odds and ends such as a few accessory bolts, and radiator hoses.
-Lastly I'll have a exhaust shop bend me a y pipe.

So far I've spent $2,142.25 and I should have a total of ~$3,000 into the swap when all is said and done.

Planned mods in the future include;
-220/220 112 LSA cam from TSP
-3200 stall from Yank
-fully built transmission
-lastly a 100 shot.

I dream of someday putting a turbo on it but that will be out of my budget for an extremely long time.

Thanks and gig 'em
Why don't you add the cam before you drop the motor in? It would be alot cheaper and simple to do as apposed to it being installed in the truck!
And why are you doing a mail order tune when your so close to soo many different tuners?
I'm guessing your putting the cats in since they connect the sniffer to your tail pipe? If you getgood high flow cats they really don't rob any power just help quiet down the engine and get rid of the gassy smell from the exhaust!

This is going to be a nice swap it should run great!
