    Oh yeah no doubt I am definitely stoked about the run. I am only scratching the surface at what I feel like I am capable of doing. Running 85 mile weeks compared to most elites who are at 120-140 miles per week. This is only the beginning!

    But thats badass you are training for a half. They are definitely worth it in the end. Sucks during the race usually, but the physical and mental rewards after are def. something else.

    2K should be able to get that truck under 12.0 lol, jk man, hell of job and that is a great accomplishment. I ran 5 min mile paces, but that was only for 3 miles lol back when we were going to state in HS, I can only imagine the shape the body must be in to do what you are doing. Congrats!
