Ls7 lifters are no different, measurement wise. GM now uses LS7's as standard replacements across the LS board. You go buy brand new 4.8 lifters you get LS7's. So the pushrod length required doesn't change.
Look into this some more inside cup height is different then older ls lifters. Reason why alot of cam manufactures are supplying 7.425
