so would you say my cam is a better blower cam then turbo?

for a heavy truck that cam should lite the turbo pretty well and have a tight power band...least how i see it. not something i would use for my RCSB but something like my crew id use it
2002 Lightning - GT headed 5.5Litre w/ Twin 7665s
2002 Silverado - 427Lsx w/ Twin gt4202s
2010 Silverado crewcab Z71 - 5.3litre w/ procharger
2000 Wrangler - 5.3litre with some stance
2014 Xsport- 3.5 Eco boost
412 Motorsports
it ain't that I'm too big to listen to the rumors, It's just that I'm too damn big to pay attention to 'em..That's the difference
And what do the degrees in over lap mean. Mine being -1.50 does that mean i have no overlap at all or just less of it. I put in diff cam specs and got one for -13.1 over lap. Then i tried another and got positive overlap.

my previous cam was a 231/235 .617.620 113+2lsa ...new F.I cam is a 222/222 .601.601 115 LXL lobes
Pat G said my previous cam had too much overlap and dynamic compression.... now its so quiet at idle but its still untuned...
