i do have a question, why are you set on a 4 door, also why not just get a 2500 hd, has a the 6.0 and an 80e, all the amenities, and you can get em with leather and all that, i mean to be honest cheverolet/gm has a crap interior in any vehicle even the vette is plastic everywhere, the escalade and avy are no different in quality, so why not just get an HD with good options, i was just looking at one the only reason i didnt go with it was it had an 8.1, had leather, power, and a dvd player, with bose stereo, had 88,000 miles was a 4x4 and they wanted 14k for it was an 05 model. just saying, paying all that extra money for a caddy or avy for the same crap interior seems pointless, when you can get the same amount of space, better drivetrain, 4 door options, same crap interior for half the price, just a suggestion bro.

the avalanche/ext's have grown on me, you ever drive 1? the 4 link rear is nice. i had another white/ grey avalanche before i got the one i have now. a reg. cab wont cut it. i have a girlfriend, a 9 year old that is almost as big as i am &120+lbs, and a dog, they all go everywhere with me if im not goin to work and my 3 door ecsb wasnt cutting it. i will eventully build another truck for a toy that will be a rcsb 2wd with a 6+L & 80e just not now
