    Lol in my case the shifter was the only mod besides full exhaust and tint...

    Why can't people just answer questions? He didn't ask if you liked it, or if you would do it, or if it looked ricer. He asked "how". Why not just try to help him out? Face-punches all around.

    O.P. - If your stock shift knob unscrews, take it off, take it to the hardware store, and use some of the bolts to see what thread pitch it is. It may not work if it's a machine thread though. In that case, you might just be able to disconnect the shifter and bring it in to find a drill and tap that will match up. Shouldn't be too hard. Just drill the beer tap in steps...start small and work your way up.
