5.3 extended cab 5.3 75shot vs stock trans am

Would it be worth my time to race a stock 2000 ls1 transam that he cant shift that good or will i just get smoked.. with my 2006 5.3 ext cab that has cold air flow no cats and a 75 shot from a 30 punch?

guess ill go fill the bottle then! .. the thing is that its my uncle he just bought the car can shift it well. and i have 323 and i dont wanna go from a dig just cuz i cant get outtta the hole like he can.. but from a 30 punch im good. and it hits pretty hard from that speed on the bottle.

I'd double the shot first. Not to make sure you win, it's just a 75 shot is pretty weak sauce.
