Wanting to do a swap for a very long time truck is finished for me so leaving it. Going to put a built ls1 or ls3(if I find one at good price) question is help me make up my mind about car: 300zx 1990 or Silvia last gen or rx7 last gen but first pick was like a 1994 miata just because I wantd one for a while then they sold it so that's why. The more money I save in the body more money for other things and I want a swap so no fixing up orignal engines.

Dude please dont do a miata cus no matter how fast it is, its still a gayass miata. Get a 95 skyline, drove one in japan theyre badass and look awesome imo.

Well the Nissan 350zs have almost the same motor mounts as an ls1 ive heard the swap in those is easy Also the old datsuns are always getting ls motors shoved in em, i would venture to say the frames are not crazy different, the skyline was built on another models frame just dont remember which one, but just like any swap anything can be done hahahOriginally Posted by wandererdenali

If you can get a hold of a true silvia, that would be a pretty sweet swap. Also extremely partial to late model RX7's.
